Who can apply for the program and what are the eligibility qualifications?

To be eligible for our prestigious transformational leadership program, you need to meet these requirements:

- A minimum GPA of 3.2

- Be between 18-25 years old

- Be enrolled as a full or part-time college student

- Have a nomination or endorsement letter from a professor (You can download the endorsement letter here.)

However, you will need to secure a professor's endorsement to complete your application.

What is the format of the program?

The Freedom-Centered Leader program offers a dynamic blended learning experience.

First, you'll dive into self-paced, on-demand leadership coursework online customized to your leadership goals. You'll have access to 100+ leadership modules, or "badges" as we call them. You will need to earn a minimum of 10 to earn certification along with attending a Lead with Freedom Summit.

Along the way, you'll gain exclusive access to optional live weekly group coaching sessions led by Traci Fenton, the award-winning leadership expert and founder of WorldBlu or other WorldBlu Master Coaches.

Additionally, you'll enjoy monthly live optional mastermind calls to connect with and learn from fellow program participants.

Your leadership journey concludes at the Lead with Freedom Summit, held in various locations worldwide with top leaders, CEOs, authors, professors, and thinkers. You'll also get to meet other top students like you from around the world, expanding your network and forging new and lasting friendships.

What is a leadership badge?

A leadership badge in the context of the WorldBlu Freedom-Centered Leader program represents a specific achievement or leadership skill that participants earn as they progress through the program. Each badge signifies mastery in a particular area of Freedom-Centered Leadership.

Participants must complete 10 leadership badges, or modules, and demonstrate their understanding to earn these badges, which ultimately contribute to their certification as Freedom-Centered Leaders.

There is only one required badge of the 10 badges, which is the Freedom at Work badge, and the rest of the badges the student chooses based on how they want to grow as a leader.

Earning badges not only showcases your commitment to personal growth and leadership excellence but also enhances your credentials in the competitive job market.

How much time does the program take?

We understand that college life can be busy! Our inspiring program and courses are designed to be flexible and self-paced, typically requiring about 30 minutes to a few hours each week depending on which badges, or leadership courses, you choose to complete and how you choose to structure your time.

While the program is 6 months long, some students choose to work on the leadership courses a bit each week, while others complete the leadership badges in a more condensed time frame, based on their course load. It's up to you!

This means you can easily complete the program around your class schedule and other responsibilities, complementing, rather than competing with your college life.

In fact, many students find what they are learning in the program to be immediately applicable to their various leadership roles on campus, helping them be more effective and successful in their various extracurricular activities.

Is there any live interaction in the program or is it all online?

While most of the coursework is online and on-demand for your convenience, we also offer weekly live group coaching sessions and monthly mastermind calls which students love, supporting your leadership development.

And, to earn your certification, you must also attend an incredible Lead with Freedom Summit!

These activities provide valuable opportunities to network and connect with fellow participants and experienced WorldBlu Mastery Coaches and leaders, creating relationships that can last a lifetime and help advance you in your career and life.

- A $99 application and administration fee is required upon applying

- The remaining balance of $899 can be covered through payment or scholarships available through your college or university or other grant programs

- Your program fee includes one ticket to the annual Lead with Freedom Summit, where you'll network, earn your final certification, and be recognized at our prestigious Night of Honor. (Please note that while your program fee includes the summit ticket, you will need to cover your own travel and hotel expenses to attend the event.)

As part of your journey, depending on which badges you choose to pursue, there may be nominal fees for books, which you will purchase on your own.

And you can earn back your entire investment as well!

Once enrolled, you'll have the opportunity to help others join the program and receive a 10% commission for each new participant you enroll. This means you can potentially offset your entire program cost while sharing a transformative leadership experience with your peers.

How soon after I apply will I find out if I've been accepted into the program or not?

You can expect to hear from us by email within 3-5 business days after you submit your application if you're accepted into the program or not.

Is there a template I can provide to my professor to help them write my endorsement letter?

Yes, absolutely! Here’s a template letter you can share with your professor to assist them in crafting your endorsement letter for the Freedom-Centered Leader program for college students.

Once they complete the letter, you can easily upload it with your application.

When is the registration deadline?

The deadline to register for the Freedom-Centered Leader program is the 20th of each month with the program beginning on the FIRST day of each month.

You get to choose the month when you want to start your leadership journey with us!

Once I get accepted into the program, how do I get started?

Once your application is accepted by WorldBlu, we'll send you a welcome letter with the steps on how to get started in the program on the program start date.

Within minutes, you'll get access to our award-winning leadership courses, our global network, and tools to help you become a prestigious WorldBlu certified Freedom-Centered Leader.

How long does the program last?

The program lasts six months, providing ample time to engage with the material deeply while balancing your other academic commitments.

Each month is filled with opportunities for transformational growth and development that will benefit you long after the program ends.

After you complete the program, you can pay an optional annual fee of $97 to continue your membership with WorldBlu, further accessing more leadership courses, coaching, masterminds, live events, job opportunities, and our global network of leaders.

What happens if I don't finish the program in 6 months?

What if life gets in the way? Fear not! The program is structured with flexibility in mind.

While there are 100+ leadership modules or "badges" as we like to call them. You will need to earn only 10 for certification. You will have plenty of time over the 6 months if you plan accordingly.

If you don't complete all of the badges within the 6 months, you can pay an annual fee of $97 to continue to get access to the program to complete your certification.

After I complete the program, then what?

Upon completing the 6-month Freedom-Centered Leader program, you'll join our top global alumni community.

You can also continue your leadership journey by renewing your place in the program at an exclusive alumni rate of $97/year to continue your membership, accessing more leadership courses, coaching, masterminds, discounted tickets to the Lead with Freedom Summit, our global network of leaders, and more!
