You acknowledge and agree that WorldBlu shall not be liable for:

  • Any acts, errors, omissions, or failures of Licensed Partners, instructors, affiliates, contractors, or other third parties, whether occurring domestically or internationally;
  • Any disruption, downtime, hacking, data breach, or theft of personal or business information, including through BluSpark or other systems used to deliver programs;
  • Any reliance on links, external content, or third-party materials, including YouTube videos, books, or articles, even if referenced in Our programs;
  • Any claims, disputes, or damages arising from differing points of view, outdated information, or removal of third-party content;
  • Any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, income, goodwill, or opportunity.

By using the Services, you agree that any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Services, programs, website, or Privacy Policy, including claims against WorldBlu or arising internationally, must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arises. If such claims are not brought within one (1) year, they are waived and barred.

You further acknowledge and agree that:

  • WorldBlu may disclose personal information, billing data, or account information if required by law, or if WorldBlu has a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to enforce its rights, comply with a legal obligation, prevent fraud, or protect users or the public;
  • You assume all risk associated with use of the Services, including third-party links, software, or downloads, and agree that WorldBlu is not responsible for viruses, malware, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through these channels;
  • Any submissions, user-generated content, feedback, or testimonials you provide to WorldBlu may be used by WorldBlu worldwide in perpetuity for marketing, program development, or promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldBlu’s total liability for any claim, including claims brought internationally or by participants, clients, or licensees, shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you have paid for the applicable product, service, or program.

Data Storage and International Transfer

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or in any country where WorldBlu operates. By using Our Services, You consent to cross-border transfer of information.

Your Rights and Requests

You have the right to:
