How it Works. . .

If your organization has 10 or more full-time employees, a minimum of $1 million (USD) in annual revenue, and has been in business for a minimum of one year, you are eligible to apply. We are open to all industries, sectors, and geographies.
The process involves a select number of your employees completing the Freedom at Work™ Scorecard online. The survey process is quick and only takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Romanian, Haitian, Italian, Chinese, and Japanese.
Research shows that a staggering 75% of workplace culture is actually created by the systems and processes (ie: best practices) you have. Our survey measures what really matters – your systems and processes, which impacts your culture. You must know this information as you grow and scale.
Organizations that are certified (please note, this is a certification and not a ranking), will be recognized globally through various PR and social media campaigns. They will have a dedicated company page on the WorldBlu website. They will also have unlimited access to the WorldBlu Freedom-Centered Workplaces™ logo for marketing, talent recruitment, and brand awareness purposes. Participants will also be invited to the annual WorldBlu Summit 2019.
Your application is completely FREE. All participants will receive their high-level scores. If you would like your complete scores and an expert analysis, you can upgrade with us. (This is completely optional and will not affect your application in any way.)
The deadline to apply is March 31, 2019. The annual WorldBlu List of Freedom-Centered Workplaces™ will be announced on Tuesday, April 9, 2019.
